Christine’s passion for human development and growth has spanned her entire adulthood. Her career has focused on enabling learning, flow, change & development at Fortune 500 companies and entrepreneurial ventures. Her new focus on organizational and individual wellness and inclusion’s role in its achievement merges her dedication to personal growth and well-being with the profound impact organizations have on society.

Stephen is committed to translating data into stories that organizations can use to make themselves better places to work. At Novo Vista he utilizes his background in quantitative psychology to develop new digital solutions to better measure, predict, and act to improve organizational health. Beyond work, he enjoys Pilates, ballroom dance, and coaching soccer.
